May 2023: New Transport Modelling Project With preparations underway for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games,

The EU-funded HARMONY research project uses Aimsun traffic simulation in planning for on-demand mobility and logistics services.

March 2023: The recent Aimsun User Day was an incredible success, bringing together transport professionals to discuss best practices, and explore the latest advancements in transport modeling and simulation technology.

January 2023: The Aimsun Research Project team were just recovering from a mammoth bidding effort for Horizon Europe Projects. We are glad to report that we were very successful, and since October, have started 5 new projects.

December 2022: Today Aimsun welcomes Graeme Inglis as the new Global Head of Professional Services. This is a key position in Aimsun’s management team and was previously held by Dr Alex Torday, who took the helm as Aimsun’s CEO earlier this year.

December 2022: The vision of the IMHOTEP project is a multimodal European transport system, where different modes of travel are seamlessly integrated to give passengers a great door-to-gate and gate-to-door experience

November, 2022: Yunex Traffic and Aimsun win the Mobility Award at Smart City Expo in Barcelona for the « Digitization of Traffic » (DIGI-V) project in Wiesbaden.

July, 2022: Atlantia has finalized the acquisition of Yunex Traffic from Siemens Mobility. As part of Yunex Traffic Group, this marks the beginning of a new chapter for Aimsun too.

June, 2022: We were honoured to attend the recent traffic studies seminar hosted by the Abu Dhabi Integrated Transport Centre (ITC).
