ITS Singapore names Karen Cheung Co-opt Councillor

We’re thrilled to share the news that the Intelligent Transportation Society of Singapore has named Karen Cheung as Co-opt Councillor for the term 2022-23.

Karen is Managing Director of Aimsun in Singapore, leading our business development and operations for Asia. She has worked in the field of transport planning and engineering for close to 20 years in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand.

As a Civil Engineer, she contributed to many of the transport infrastructure build in Singapore and overseas but her passion lies in traffic modelling and simulation, which leads her to return to this field with Aimsun and continue her journey developing smart and innovative transport solutions for the ITS industry.

Karen will work to to promote and support the development of the ITS Industry as part of the advisory, consultative and coordinating body for the ITS Industry, and to champion, promote and protect the interests for all entities legally organised for ITS business in Singapore
