His experience and expertise include a broad range of business development, project management, and transportation modeling, while serving in the roles of systems engineer, project manager, lead modeler, transportation modeler. Matthew’s expertise includes integrated corridor management (ICM), ITS modeling, large scale microscopic and mesoscopic simulation models, data, analysis and optimization of transportation databases, corridor needs studies.
