Aimsun has contributed to the report by the Transport Technology Forum, an independent body sponsored by the Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom to promote innovation, which said that traffic lights compatible with green light optimal speed advice (Glosa) car systems could be easily rolled out across Britain.
The results of another Aimsun collaboration, the LAMBDA-V Centre for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles CITS project, also contributed to the pool of collective knowledge feeding into the Transport Technology Forum’s Glosa working group.
