We are delighted to invite you to join us and the rest of the Aimsun community to the upcoming Aimsun Users’ Meeting Australia. On Tuesday 25th October, Aimsun staff and software users will meet to share their latest experiences, discuss new trends and developments and present case studies. The meeting will be followed by a one-day Aimsun 8.1 Training Course on Wednesday 26th October.
The meeting will be held at:
Intercontinental Hotel Sydney
117 Macquarie St
Sydney NSW 2000
The day will be divided into two different sessions: in the morning session, the Aimsun team will present new features in Aimsun Next 8.2 and discuss future developments; the afternoon will be dedicated to presentations from our users. Hoping to repeat the success of previous meetings, we look forward to receiving presentation abstracts from any users who would like to present their projects with Aimsun Next.
The day will close with an open discussion about the future developments that you, as users, would like to see in Aimsun software, followed by a complimentary evening cocktail at the Harbour Room on 31, the Intercontinental Hotel.
It is always interesting and inspiring to hear about your experiences with Aimsun software and we greatly value your input. Whether you want to show fellow users your academic research project or present an application of any scale, from an intersection to an entire metropolitan area, your presentation should last about 20 minutes.
If you are interested in putting forward a topic for presentation, please register as a speaker and send a 200-word abstract to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Based on the abstracts received, we will work out a more detailed agenda.
