The 8th Annual Aimsun Users’ Meeting will take place in Barcelona on Monday 4th October and Tuesday 5th October 2010, followed by a training course on Mesoscopic Simulation with Aimsun on Wednesday 6th October.

The first day of the meeting will be dedicated to presentations by Aimsun users from all around Europe, followed by an in-depth feedback session. Tuesday will feature a range of presentations from both TSS and its technology partners, including Legion and TRL, on what’s coming up in the next version of Aimsun.

On Wednesday 6th October 2010, TSS consultants Jordi Casas, Alexandre Torday and Josep Perarnau will deliver a newly created training course, which offers comprehensive and practical orientation to mesoscopic simulation with Aimsun. The TSS team aims to show users how to efficiently model dynamic aspects of very large networks, attain huge performance gains and save valuable time during projects.

The meeting is to be held in the conference rooms of the NH Pódium, a four-star hotel in a recently restored 19th-century Modernist building near the Ciutadella park, which has accommodation (at a preferential rate) set aside for attendees.
