Technical Support

Since the inception of TSS we have put heavy emphasis on support and pride ourselves on our excellent track record of responding to our users around the world quickly, efficiently and with courtesy.

Any Aimsun user can report software issues encountered in one of the presently supported versions by emailing bugs@aimsun.com. In the case of genuine issues (bugs), TSS commits to addressing them, free of charge, as part of the next minor version release. For critical issues, we strive to respond as quickly as possible and offer users the option of a patch as soon as that is available.

Users who have contracted Technical Support, can contact either TSS or a TSS agent (in those countries where there is a Technical Certified Distributor) to discuss any issue regarding the software. Technical Support is not limited to problems with the software but rather may include queries about the best available modelling method, problem networks with unexpected behaviour due to a modelling error, as well as requests for assistance with advanced features of the software such as programming with the Aimsun API.
